We believe in our services so much we are willing to guarantee it. Gunn Property Services guarantees the following to all of our clients.
90 Day Money Back Guarantee
After the initial 90 day period if you are not 100% happy with our services. We will refund all management fees collected.
Leasing Guarantee
We Guarantee all tenants will stay for 12 months or we will find a replacement at no charge. You will never pay 2 leasing fees in the same 12 months.
Eviction Guarantee
If a tenant we placed must be evicted from your property while under our management we will pay the court costs and legal fees up to $500.00.
